The service is not bad. Jumia need to add my more staff to team on ground. They are seriously under staff and work under stress. This make them act irrational to customers sometimes.

Very rude staffs. They turned me back despite the fact that I arrived by 4pm before their closing hours.Jumia should try to get good agents.

The place is hassle free, you come for your goods, they verify your identity and hand your your goods.

The pick up station is OK but new to be reorganized the staff are up and doing.
