If you are coming to Ibadan for weekend getaway add Stone Cafe to your list.
The atmosphere is so cool, nice settings and background to take beautiful pictures. Cushions chairs to sit in with colourful shades. There is also inside restaurant but you have to spend specific amount for you to be attended to there.

Their customer services are top-notch.

Maybe the chillest place in IB. Lovely but they still have this old mentality conditions. They wont allow u come in if u are wearing slips or slide. U won't be allowed to buy some particular drinks on some seats. So much conditions
They have good live band and nice and well arranged environment... parking is good ???? drinks are a bit high but almost worth it...

Great scenery for taking photos and relaxing.

You can only wait for someone for 5 minutes without ordering and you can’t order water in the meantime. Otherwise staff would rudely ask you to leave even if you’ve explained you’re waiting for someone, especially if you’re a lady.

On Sundays (I think Fridays and Saturdays as well but not certain) their soft drinks, mock tails and beer menu is unavailable, you can only order cocktails, wines and spirits. They’ll allow you order soft drinks as mixers for spirits but not on its own. I find this very disturbing for nonalcoholics as their only option of drink is water and only if they order a meal or soft drink if companion is drinking alcohol and orders it as a mixer.

The food is subpar: the order took too long to arrive, the fries aren’t dry enough and the grilled fish is more like boiled fish with a lot of water in it. Flavours are average. At least the plating is nice if you want to take pictures of the not so great tasting food.

You get attitude from staff and they take too long to bring orders. They also won’t assist you getting sits if the place is crowded or if it rains and you have to move from the outdoor sitting to the small space with a bit of cover. So my advice is you don’t go in the rainy season.

Cosy atmosphere and warm reception, with an intimate dining experience

Staff are pleasant and kind and the food is definitely worth the price, I was actually surprised at how full I was with just half way there through the food

Nice ambience if you are going there to take pictures alone. However you must be ready to buy food alongside your drink. If you are thinking of buying drinks alone kindly bury the idea. Food is below average based on the fries and the shawarma I ate. Maybe they are fantastic at other meals I might not be able to establish. The place was dry on a Sunday evening when I went there and I had to leave with the other people we went together.

Bad experience.
While they say they have a casual atmosphere on their Maps page, it's a bit ironic that I wasn't let in because I wore Slides. I saw no information about that prior to reaching their gates. I was going to meet some friends that were already inside, but they too were treated poorly.

I don't recommend.
