3 stars cause of the size of the room and it's price. I wouldn't cost them so much to repaint the rooms and toilets and change the freaking blinds in the toilet (disgusting). The bedsheets and pillowcases has stains on them.

If you are looking for budget friendly hotel around oluyole Ibadan try Crown Hotel.

The receptionist was friendly during my stay and help out with all my inquiry.

The rooms from standard are big plus in each room there is a mini work station for you incase you carry your laptop.

I and my crew booked 3 rooms I was able to go in each of the room to see how big they are.

Terrible is an understatement for the state of the hotel. Should be either shut down or the prices lowered totally, because they do not measure up to hospitality standard.
I booked a room and complained about the standard of the rooms and environment, we ended up not staying in the room overnight. We asked for a refund of part of the hotel bill and they refused.

The price is justifiable with the services it renders
