Good. Is a place to be. Located close to entrance to Ibadan from Lagos or from even south eastern and south southern part of Nigeria. Located also where you can easy connected wherever you are going to

It's a simple place with poor toilet facilities. They could do nothing about the mosquitoes that attacks without warning day and night. They usually put on gen for power supply at night and by 2am the light is gone. Also I paid #6000 thousand naira and not 2k per night as it is in their reviews.

The owner is a pleasant and very helpful young man. It's admittedly undergoing renovations but the service is prompt and courteous. I found their room rates quite friendly as a travelling businessman. Electricity wasn't a concern which is a nice surprise and there are good restaurants within walking distance, coupled with a quite tasty Catfish pepper soup. The location is also perfect for connecting to all parts of the city.
