Delight hospital and fertility center is one of the top notched family hospitals in Ibadan. Regardless of whatever you are facing you would be welcomed with open arms and you would feel at home.. All their medical practitioners and staffs well trained and mannered, All services provided are at its climax.I definitely would recommend delight hospital to anyone anywhere. Keep up the good job????

Most useless hospital i have ever been too with rude staffs. Looking for ways to extort especially the cashier. I went to make inquiry about the availability of rotavirus vaccine, i was told it was available in surplus and i was told the immunization clinic days. I was also told i could use my family card for the immunization. On getting there i was rudely spoken to that I'd have to get immunization card. I still remained calm thinking they were were stressed. Then later they told me i have to pay another 1000 naira for the vaccine, mind you I'd still buy the vaccine for 7000 naira. I asked what the 1000 was for and the reply i got was am i the one that would administer the vaccine after i purchase the vaccine, i still didnt talk. I made payment for the card and the fee to administer the vaccine. I was then later told the vaccine wasnt available. I asked my administration fee be returned since i i would no longer be needing the service. They told me they couldnt refund, i was still asking why they wont refund and i was just left there to be talking to myself. I called the administrative number they put online. I could hear it ringing but they didnt pick. They knew it was me and when i asked why they didn't pick, i was told the phone is no where to be found. Mind you other staffs where juat passing by and no superior bothered to ask what happened. Not until i picked up the pos machine used in making payment to disrupt payment, before a nurse told me to calm down and return the pos. Then one of the cashier told me i could be going with the pos machine if that's what i want. I was about driving out with the pos machine before a nurse and the said lady(the one who said i could go with the machine), brought my money and card for me.

You need to pay egg donors well in your hospital,you pay donors chicken change for eggs they donate and even use the amount of human eggs they donate to either pay the 50,000naira complete or deduct out of the 50,000naira,while you use egg retrieved to collect thousands and millions from the recipients..Please do better cause this is plain exploitation and wickedness.
If not because of how the economy is affecting everyone.

REPLYING YOUR RESPONSE TO MY FIRST REVIEW:
Don’t tell me i should be truthful about my age because you are not in the position to tell me i am lying about my age.Plus how is my financial burden any of your hospitals business please like i gave you free egg and you are just giving me chicken change for thanks for coming and you are helping me ???????? Antral follicular count varies every month and your hospital is the first i am hearing stories of poor response from.If e easy make una allow una females run am nah..Even If one has good results you still pay stipends.Stop ripping people off..You pay 50,000 to retrieve numerous eggs,50,000naira!!!.You lied to me the first day i spoke to you on phone before traveling down and i trusted you and for me to be hearing different stories when i already embarked on it..You pay me 40k for everything and with the fact that i was coming from a long distance claiming poor response and removed my 10k balance .You claim to be the best but can’t pay donors well and still deduct out of the stipends you pay..Other IVF centers pay well and even compensate those coming from a long distance because they know the procedure is not easy either poor or good response but here you are defending the stipend you pay and deduct claiming poor response lol ????.I’m glad my friends were turned down because this wouldn’t even sit well with them..I hope anyone planning to donate sees this.

I’m not sure I’m going to step into this hospital ever again. How can staff play around with patients health. We are talking about life. Very poor staffing

Best qualified and attentive Doctors(Dr Emmanuel and Dr Omotosho),friendly and courteous Nurses,qualified and welcoming lab technicians,Friendly medical record.The nice lady serves good breakfast,lunch and dinner. I enjoyed my stay at Delight hospital and fertility.
Nevertheless the cleaners are trying their best,they serve warm water in the morning to bath,which I accolades them for that.
The Cons- The toilet is old to be changed or not always properly washed,I suggests there should be a supervisor to be checking on toilets after being cleaned.i remember I went to the bathroom and someone already vomited on commode tap which is not hygienic enough,the bowls to get water to rinse are very old as well.
Please management reasons with these.
Concerning the security at the gate,the security are not welcoming, they are even lazy to direct the car,all they do is to sit down waiting for salaries.

Customer service is too poor, they are very rude to people , I don’t think they have good service
