A cool cozy place
Doesn’t look like they have many rooms or suites
Looks like mainly for short stays u0026 for lounging u0026 for nightlife!
The location is good
The accessibility is average
They may still need to work more on signage u0026 publicity ...as it is very easy to drive past u0026 not know it is there!

Very affordable hotel in Ibadan. You can get a room for as low as 5k per night and sleep well with air conditioning. Some people say its for "short stay" though.... I dont know... all in all, I used this hotel a couple of times from way back when I was a broke student and wanted some "comfort"

The AC didn't work. The tap was faulty and the repairman didn't show up until I was about to check out. Poor customer service. When I saw pictures online it looked okay but when I got there I was disappointed. I was just too tired from my trip to go look for another hotel.

Room bad, no TV, no air conditioning despite being charged for it, meals cheap not great. Spent a night. Definitely will not return nor recommend to others. Lest I forget, giant blood sucking mosquitoes all over my room. Toilet was like a cubicle

Crampy Compound with little parking space. The rooms are old refurbished rooms, which are reasonably large. The beds are not so comfortable

Built in a serene environment, the hotel is suitable for both guests and residents of Ibadan. Proximity to both Federal and State Secretariats places the hotel in a vantage of patronage for guests who really want to catch up business asap in both the secretariats and other offices in and around the Agodi GRA.
The UCH guests and officials who are non residents do find a home environment in this hotels.
Fully furnished suites equipped with comfortable facilities and next to none customer services distinguish the hotel from others.
