Even though the road is not good but the event center is top-notch.

Good parking space, large garden, pedestrian walkway, restroom, changing room, playing ground for kids, neat environment.......

Another thing I enjoyed was the air conditioning.

A beautiful place for kids to catch fun. A good games park to keep the children busy all through their stay. Grassy lawn for variety of activities.
Management should ensure water runs in the conveniences not just to flush but to also wash, and as well provide soap.
