The staffs are accomodating, and I like the way things are handled

A serious argument occurred between a customer and one of the people dishing food and it was already getting heated however one of the staff was able to resolve it amicably-which I applaud

The food was well prepared although a little too salty but I enjoyed it. It was well garnished and tasty .

The prices are okay, you don't need to break the bank to get a good or decent meal here; it's not overpriced except for the turkey which I feel it's overpriced currently it sells for 1800 abi 2000

The security guard was having issues with me taking pictures of the outside. I'm thinking it's for security reasons and the fact I was there past 9:30pm so I can't count it against him

The environment is clean- kudos to the cleaner's

Kilimanjaro restaurant is one of the best restaurants l patronize over the years.

Precisely, l have been their customer for more than 5 years. I got to know about the restaurant years back at Ozumba way, Victoria Island, Lagos.

I have been an advocate of the business because I love their unique business model and customer satisfaction strategy.

I am happy to know that they have spread their tentacles to my city; Ibadanland. I have seen them in Samonda, besides Hexagon and adjacent peace mass transit and also at Ojoo, close to Sabo roundabout, Access bank environ, adjacent, Ojoo Bus Terminal.

I have visited the branch at Samonda and l can't say less in terms of nice building structure, wow customer service experience, security consciousness and getting values for your money.

In the restaurant, you can get your nice Nibbles bread ???? for just 800 Naira as at the time I write this review, just get one to complement your tea for breakfast and thank me later.

Besides, they have varieties of food both local and intercontinental dishes, all at pocket friendly cost.

You can make payment via POS or cash. Though you need to go there with cash they won't require you to get a balance if you want to pay cash.

The restaurant has kilimeal platform that allow you to order for your food and get delivered at your door step.

There's wheelchair accessibility, space for family to wine and dine. Kids-friendliness is guaranteed.

There's always enough parking space and well tidy environment and security personnel to look after your cars and other belongings. The security personnel welcomes you into the restaurant.

The restaurant Manager are always available at the selling point to monitor activities and they assist the staff to ensure customers have a wow experience.

This is by far the worst fast food dining experience I've had all my life. The food is bland, oily, cold and extremely overpriced.
Their "salad" tasted like someone just threw left over vegetables in a bowl and tossed them together with what they décribe as mayonnaise. The whole experience was horrendous, i'd die before i go back to that place ever again. In fact every branch of this restaurant should be declared a crime scene and shut immediately for the public's safety.

Had their Chinese Rice, Chicken Combo, Plantains,Salad and something Soft.
It was the very best experience.
Their food is a must TASTE.

Good food, prompt service, friendly and efficient staff. They had soap in the washbasin to wash our hands with, and the cleaning staff were extremely polite and nice. I heartily recommend it to anyone.
