This transport company is one of the most irresponsible companies I've ever seen. Their staff are very greedy and irresponsible. My wife boarded their bus from Ibadan to Uyo for N10,500, when coming back, she booked Uyo to Ibadan and it was N17,000, not knowing they were taking the passengers to Lagos, not Ibadan directly. I called for a refund about 2 hours later because we got another option, they said they don't do refund. She had to use the ticket like that, the next day. Now, instead of putting her in a bus to Ibadan, they put her in a Lagos Bus. So, the driver went to Ojuelegba first, before heading to Ibadan. I called to register my grievances to the person whose number was on the ticket, but after explaining to him, he hung up on me. The driver got to Ibadan by 1am, when it was impossible for my wife to get back home. Apparently, the driver said he doesn't go to Lagos, he is always on Ibadan route but he didn't have a choice since the company asked him to take the passengers to Lagos. They would have been in IB by 6pm if they came directly to Ibadan. Yet they charged 17k for taking someone to a place she didn't need to be in the first place and making her uncomfortable for a whole night. No customer care, nothing! No apologies! Just a set of greedy, unprofessional, unorganized and annoying people.

Just that the staffs at the park in UYO should be more responsible.... Imagine one of then threatening to fight a customer. Wish I got his name would have reported him..
Drivers should also make sure their car is in good condition and has the necessary documents and devices to avoid being stopped by police and road safety

Nice environment...

The manager seemed rude at first but we made up u0026 he turned out to be a nice/friendly fellow..

I hardly travel down south..but if i have to go to Akwa-Ibom/Calabar, will definitely join them...
