Great business complex with quite a number of businesses onsite. Very small parking space. Not well coordinated.

Wow.. wonderful place, I first thought it is a restaurant, but when I got there I realized it's a complex, it even have a sort of underground spaces.. So many things you can access there, a cyber cafe, where you can rent space monthly is even located in the building. I even found a Chevrolet camaro packed in front of the building *lol*

This place could do with a bit of renovation and physical overhaul. The building have almost anything you could think of in terms of goods and services and could easily pass of as a mall but the structure and the present outlook of the building means it only have to contest with the local shopping complexes for presence.

Really nice environment. The Kilimanjaro eatery offers nice Chinese rice, ofada and pastries which are what I have eaten. Then the next space beside them has nice decor and surrounding, it's name is Bold .... Can't really remember the name but it's right beside the eatery in the same building.

The building is okay, different commerical activities going on there but the structure is not renovated, basically home appliances and business center outfit (printing, photocopy etc). There are also office spaces in the building, a place one can rent and convert to office.

It's located at one of the choice places in Ibadan, close to the Governor's office and government House. It's also at the junction that leads to an estate. Security is ok, power is to be generated by individuals.
