I cannot recommend this hotel enough.
It is a TripAdvisor hotel, and an affordable alternative to Golden Tulip.
It is very safe, located in a gated community.

The rooms are so guest fit, I really commend the architect for getting it right. Not too much space, not too little.
The bathroom is a much talked about convenience, best in any global class.
Things work. Internet, excellent.
Service courteous.

Apart from a blocked drain in the shower room, I was glad to note that I met the hotel as great in 2022 as it was in 2019, when last I used it.

I super recommend it highly.

I stayed in Adis Hotel Prime last weekend. It is a great place with a lot of plus from me. The food was truly surprisingly great. I have no complains about the quality of the food at all. They have courteous and friendly staff as well.

I honestly would have given the hotel a 5 but for the major thing I believe the management needs to improve upon. This for me is the cost of the rooms which I beleve are a bit over priced as a few basic things for the premium they are charging needs to be improved upon. Some of these are:

1. There are no side lights and reading lights in the executive room I stayed in.

2. The professionalism of the staff needs to be looked into. If I'm paying above a certain threshold for a room in a hotel, one expects some level of professionalism of the staff in terms of the way the dress, the way they look, and comport themselves. All these are things that the management of the establishment needs to improve upon.

3. When food is served in the rooms, there should be a bill the client signs off on to agree that they have ordered the meal to avoid dispute at the end of the stay. It may not be an issue now but may be later on.

4. There are two locations of the hotel however, the search on Google is defaulted to only one location. I believe both locations should highlighted so the client can select the location they are going to.

All in all it is a great place I will recommend to anyone as a cool place to stay in Ibadan. The environment is great and secure. The place is clean and neat. Food is great. I will certainly visit again if I'm in Ibadan.

It's okay for meetings, has limited number of room, accessible to major road.... Very quiet environment. You can actually stay if you are a very private.it is a small hotel.
Amenities are limited.
I found out there is an extension, it's bigger than the one I visited. It is quite safe and I think has more amenities.
My Friend enjoyed her stay.

It was my second visit to the Adis Hotel. As usual, it was a great stay. We had a tight budget this time, so we couldn't eat at the hotel but breakfast was nice. I think I prefer the room on the ground floor where we stayed during our first visit. The staff were very warm and friendly. The hotel is also situated in a great location if you are in Ibadan for holiday or tourism. They now have a new site less than 2km away, with a swimming pool and more facilities. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in need of a premium level budget hotel.

This hotel is small in terms of the number of rooms provided but top notch in its core area of services in hospitality. Very neat with uninterrupted power and water supply. The location is fantastic in terms accessibility to transport and other services. The staff were friendly and always ready to make my stay memorable. It’s a yes for me if I have any reason to use the facility again in the future.

Very good. Rooms at Adis prime still mostly bare but very good standard fittings and materials. Rooms at Adis are exquisitely delicious!!!!
Just to know that there are two Adis. Adis and Adis prime
