Clean nice rooms. A little small but well taken care of and great air conditioning. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Very convenient to all forms of public transportation. Close to multiple nice restaurants

Amazing hotel with superb staff. Rooms were lovely and clean and breakfast was delicious. Nothing was too much Trouble. Excellent location

The hotel is ideally located for easy access to the main sites of Room. Great rooms, staff and very extensive breakfast 5*

Room is good. Well finished in wooden interiors. Bathroom requires better care renovation where applicable to the class of hotel. Internet is practically nonexistent. Please go with your personnal WiFi if you need to get some work done. Irrespective of what their literature says, breakfast is only for one. You decide who gets breakfast ... you or your spouse. Take note before you proceed to the restaurant to avoid being embarassed. Power management is poor. You have to stay minutes in the dark before power is restored after an outage. There are frequent outages also. Security personnel are very courteous. Overall, the hotel does not offer value for the money. -Review as experienced July 31/Aug 1, 2022

The entry scenery was serene , the food was really good(I recomend the peppered chicken with plantain u0026vegetables), the room was neat and aesthetically pleasing (the executive deluxe).
Downside for me was the constant fly buzzing in the restaurant while we ate and the state of the male pool convenience (it was distasteful to say the least! .
Overall, I rate my experience a 2.5 ????

It's serene and beautiful . Price ranges from #55,000 to #150,000. Sunday banquet for #8,000 per person btw 12pm to 10pm. There is a pool. And the staff are courteous. Not much of other activities

Honestly l choose to logged in this hotel.after reading their good reviews online. So l booked for the presidential suite for 2 days paying #300k.

I wasn't really impress with the utilities. Can you image when power goes out the whole place gets dark and we have to wait until they put on the generator to restore power. Can't image myself in the elevator when out power. I was really scared of taking the elevator each time l was there. There is no ventilating fan in the elevator for air circulation. No date on when the elevator was last serviced, no backup power incase power goes out.

They don't have new body towel for their guest as they kept bringing old towels to me whenever l requested for towels. I had to request for a new fresh towels which they later brought.

The living room ac and tv was giving us issues. We had to call for them to check a faulty electrical socket. Ac and TV dont have their own remote.

I really didnt eat much of their food during my stay but my guests who's visited me during my visit did.

Overall they lack maintenance of the building. I found most wall inside and outside of the building bad which are located at the waiting space close to the reception and also by the left hand side of the building entrance.

I had a comfortable stat at the hotel as it is safe and noise free place to be. The location of the hotel is great. Am not sure if the hotel is equipped with security cameras but there is good security in place and l like that.

Very lazy and dishonest staff. These people padded my bill and sent to the organisation that lodged me. Room and bathrooms not well maintained as before. They display just about 3 chaffing dishes and call it a buffet. Quite deplorable service

Food was ridiculously average and highly priced. Food wise, bad value for money. Ambience and other things were very good though.
