This is the worst logistics ever to ride the roads of Nigeria, and i am even under exaggerating right now... All their staffs should be sacked, starting from their managers to the customer service. I sent a box from Abuja to Umuahia, and it has taken forever to get to Umuahia. I called the managers of Gwagwalada Abuja were i sent it from, Enugu and Umuahia Managers and all three of them are useless people. I deeply hate PEACE MASS TRANSIT. Do not use them or you'll regret it

I seriously don't understand why Peace Mass logistics and drivers are making receiving of waybills difficult and somewhat scammy for its users.
My waybill was sent out since last week Thursday from Benin, to come to Nnewi. It was expected to be delivered on Saturday, but uptill now, I haven't gotten that waybill!!!
The item contained in the waybill was not more than 4k, yet they insisted I pay 2,500 for it, instead of the 2k I pleaded with them to collect from me.
After which I paid fully for it and it was handed over and a parcel code issued, with the feedback that it will be received on Saturday, even as already indicated when I tracked the waybill.
Lo and Behold, today is making it 1 week and the waybill hasn't gotten to my destination.

Also had another issue with a driver who claimed he was coming down to nnewi with my waybill, whereas he stopped at ABA and handed to another driver who again claimed he was coming to nnewi but left the waybill at Onitsha. I received a call this evening saying I should pay another 2k to have it sent out to me to nnewi from ontisha after paying 2500 to Peace Mass logistics at Abuja through the sender who was then given the drivers number and not parcel code.
Honestly I don't know why getting Waybill through Peace Mass always comes with issues, been hearing of these issues before now, finally had a share of it.
Y'all Becareful to avoid missing waybills!!!

It’s terrible!!!!! Since on Wednesday am yet to receive a parcel sent from Lagos… I made a big mistake choosing peace Mass
