Amazing food
Cool ambience
But terrible customer service
First of all the staff have no proper training
On a Monday afternoon sit at home a staff is telling us that they can’t serve us food without wine. A 14k wine compared to a food of 22k or more.
On a sit at home hot afternoon where the place was empty.
Worst of all the drinks were not cold
How do I drink a hot wine
The staff and management needs a proper orientation.

Latitude is a nice lounge located inside the Polo park mall in Enugu. It has a nice vibe and the food is pretty good. It is great spot for a date, to watch football matches or hang out with friends.

Very bad experience... The food was cold, service was slow although the waiter did his best the chef were poor... Everything we ordered was cold... No manager to be accountable... I feel there shld be a direct link with the owner so he can know what is going in his business... Would not recommend from what I experienced.

One of the best places to hang out in the evenings. Very secured and with quality drinks. Very expensive anyway but you will have value for your money.

Chilled spot to hangout, has both indoor and outdoor sitting, has a gaming centre so while waiting for your food you can play some fifa or the table games. 10-15k or maybe even less would give you a decent meal and drink for 2
