KFC is already a household name in the QSR space, but my comment on this Polo Park branch is to appreciate the efforts of the staff with handling the surge of customers during the evening peak period. When I was here, the attendant had a smile on at all times, tried so hard to be jovial, suggested a promo I could use to get a better deal, suggested I could sit and eat a part of my order (strips and ice cream) u0026 take the main meal home. I was visibly tired u0026 worn out after a long day, but she really helped lighten my mood that day. At one point she made a mistake calculating my bill and I had to pay more than I thought but I didn’t mind, the service had been excellent. Not sure what her name is but she was in the middle section of the counter. The others were nice too but I didn’t interact directly with them. Great job guys, keep it up.

This is the worst KFC joint I have ever visited. On my first day, they served me a bucket of chicken, chips and didn't add ketchup even though they had a carton right on their counter. On the second day, I ordered and paid for two burgers only for me to get home and realize they packaged one burger and one chicken wing for me. And again, the chickens I have had there on these two occasions have been terrible and the burger was the worst burger I have ever had.

Their customer service is a bit slow, food is way too spicy

Finger licking burgers and fries. The waiting time was also okay as I was attended to promptly. I really enjoyed the burger

My dear If you are looking for a light tasty lunch, you found it. KFC offers simplicity, but takes the qualityof their products very seriously. And it works Some might say that it is overpriced, or that a real side is missing, but would reply that KFC might not be your daily canteen, but a place to rediscover the true taste of good ingredients, once in a while, when your palate is craving for deep flavor. recommend the experience, will fill you up if you are looking for something light. Avoid if you are starving

Where you can get your deep-fried chicken.
NOT the grilled chicken wings I thought I was eating.
Sigh.
Takes about 20 minutes and you're out. It's okay. They have occasional discounts too.

Not bad, the order takes a while to arrive but then nothing beats KFC chicken!
