Well equipped gym, excellent aerobics class, clean swimming pool. Staff are nice and experienced.

Easily one of the best fitness centres in Eastern Nigeria. It provides a good blend of cardiovascular and resistance training equipments. Management and staff are courteous while the instructors are always on hand to make each session worthwhile. My take, affordable and brilliant. Now you have got to try it out.

Good place for aerobic and gyming, but few treadmill machines. If your target is jogging or walking on treadmill please go elsewhere.
