Nothing changed yet. The hotel has a good location but not to great as its look from outside. It should be one of the best hotels in Enugu if improved upon

The hotel is just off the Enugu - Portharcourt express way and is easy to locate using Google Maps.
Has ample, well - organised parking space.
The staff are courteous and very professional except for one bald - headed, quarrelsome, quick to anger man who I think is one of the managers.
The rooms are very spacious, well furnished and clean.
Towels and toiletries are replaced daily.
I would have given them a 5 star rating but for the food. It was way below standard for the price. Very underwhelming.
No gym or swimming pool on site too which was a bit of a let down.

Update: I ordered for Noodles one evening and called back after more than hour after it didn't show up to find out the cause of the delay. Only to be told by the lady who took my order earlier that she "forgot" about it. This further reinforces my earlier impression of their kitchen/food department.

My rating is the location and the facility too, it's a nice place looking at it but I haven't reserved a room there yet.... Go check it out guys
