The neighbourhood is very quiet. A good place to relax for the weekend and get away from the city noise. Friendly staff. Kinda poor power supply; but the gen stays on at night to fight the heat of Enugu State. The bathroom had a few naked wires hanging around, but had clean running water 24/7 and clean bathroom and toilet. For the price you get a decent stay.

Needs better maintenance. Staff are super but may be lacking incentive due to inadequate facilities. Much room for improvement. The gatekeep needs to be properly attended. The price is fair on what is obtainable.

From power fluctuations to one or two ill-mannered staff to mosquitoes and other inconveniences.
Can do better for the rates charges.
