Best Choice Hotel & Suites

My husband and I planned to stay at a different hotel but unfortunately or should I say fortunately, we ended up at this hotel and, boy were we pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and well kept this hotel turned out!

I would have have given it a 5 star rating if they had an elevator. It worked out for me cos it's good cardiovascular exercise but older folks may find it more challenging.

God willing, I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice place, good food u0026 staff is welcoming. Terrible room service though, stayed for 4 nights, they didn’t bother changing our bedsheet after 2 days till we asked u0026 we literally had to ask for a fresh towel and tissue paper.

Located at Gulf estates one of the private, secured, reasonable accommodation, close to the mall, shoplite, restaurants, night clubs and prestigious luxury hotel around Enugu state. Visit and testify yourself.

Absolute horrible mess of a hotel.

1. We were basically sharing our room with Cockroaches, they were everywhere.
2. Bathroom doors don't close (we asked to switch rooms because of this and the other room was the same)
3. Hotel Staff were unfriendly and refused to give us extra towels??
4. We left food in our fridge and hotel staff came into our room and turned off the fridge, all the food went bad
5. No Hot Water!
6. All complaints we made was basically met with "sorry"

Never Again.

Nice and serene environment. However we had to pay extra for room service to be delivered to our rooms. Also, as someone who loves really hot showers and cold rooms, their heater was substandard.
