Their customer service is simply the best. They treated me like a king all through my stay there.

Also, their rooms are very clean, standard and affordable. I will definitely be back anytime I come to Enugu again.

The environment is cozy. It makes one feel at home. I didn't lodge In the hotel, I went to the bar area.

The bar area is beautiful, it is wide and open. It has a hut section, a tree section and an open space with a stage. The price of the drinks there are fair but they have bad customer service. The workers do not respond on time and they are also very slow. The people at the snack section wouldn't even sell something without collecting money first. POS issue, who doesn't use POS in this era? So I have to go out to withdraw money before anyone renders any service to me. It's really bad, to be honest.

I'm giving 2 stars cos of the serene environment.

No TV remote (you can't decrease the volume), AC is leaking water in the room. No AC remote (always on 16°) which is very uncomfortable during the rainy season. Most of their switches are old, need replacement. The furniture and the bathroom are okay. 3/5 ratings in all. Yes, my room is Room 102, you can avoid it when you come by. ???? Thank you

Cumulatively, I have spent 7 nights at different intervals. My experience is distasteful. The Standard is Low yet the price is unnecessarily high. The management should up their game.

I slept in the hotel without a functional AC, the fridge is dirty and the generator keep going on and off throughout the night.
I feel pained.
So I give them 1 ????
