Didn't enter the lodgings so can't speak on their offerings.
Went there for a function which held in their big, detached hall. The toilets were in a deplorable state. I hope I never have a reason to go back again.

Attended a wedding here, the hall was comfy. The hotel rooms are also good

Good clean rooms and strong shower pressure. The windows need a bit more insulation from the noise coming from the nightclub/bar.
Reducing to 3 star... Kitchen/room service is not coordinated and difficult occasionally. There had to be lots of back and forth movement due to omissions and wrong orders. The person at the reception was professional though.

The rooms we lodged in were large, well designed and equipped.

The bathrooms need attention.

The food needs improvement. And I'm wondering if it isn't easy to get a good cook.
