Lovely experience in the city of Enugu. Comfortable, regular power supply, awesome meals. Courteous and amiable staff with a friendly disposition. Always ready to assist. Very quiet and serene environment. A definite will do next time around.

I had a wonderful experience staying there. The place is nice and modern. A nice restaurant to eat, with variety of foods to choose. A pool with drinking arena, a bar with widerange of drinks. A funded gym with an organized staff..
Not far from the Enugu State mall (ie shoprite), though no taxi for hire in the hotel premises. But it's not hard getting one, immediately you step out the hotel.

Just like the star I gave them, they are actually a 4 star ⭐ hotel..

Bontera is situated in a secured place in Enugu. Spacious compound with adequate parking space. Their cuisine menu is good. Lounge, sit out by the swimming pool and spacious conference room.

I had a very bad first impression. They didn't allow the keke that brought me to go into the premises after a long trip even when I pleaded they should allow him drop me by the gate because of my luggages. I had to carry my bags from outside the gate????. If not that I booked the room in advance, I would have looked for another hotel. They have a neat environment

I am currently at Bontera hotel, we called the reception asking for the laundry man to help us iron our clothes for the occasion. It's 9.33am, almost 2hours later and no one is here. We have bn calling the reception, no one is answering. The toilet door lock is spoilt so you cant shut it. No toilet paper also. We intended to stay 4 nights but will leave after today.

Very secured environment. Bontera has a unique service and executive rooms, what makes it more interesting is the fact that it situated at the heart of Enugu city at the back of shoprite shopping center Enugu state

First thing I really loved when i got in was the Spacious parking space.
Strategically located
I particularly love the art works and antique at the pool side and lounge ❤❤❤... they are different from the usual!

The rooms are okay.. can be better though!
In terms of furnitures and awkward mirror placements.

Staff are a bit stiff unless you joke with them a little; perhaps, trying to be professional.

The poolside has to be my highlight; as it is really relaxing.
Love the barbecue fish too

I'd give a 4/5 because there is lots of room for improvement.
