Poor customer service
The manager is rude and inconsiderate. She threatens you with not returning your caution fee for just calling her more than once.

Not a good place for event. Look for a better place instead. Ooh lest I forget, she will threaten you with calling the IG on you if you ask for a good customer service.

If you want to be treated like trash, oaks apartments or apartel is the place to be. They don't even deserve the one star. It's there Because you can't post without any rating

Annoying experience. Not conducive for relaxation or a family getaway.
There's almost always noise from loud speakers at the back of the building where the pool lounge is located.

The management is inconsiderate and unprofessional because they do not see this blatant noisemaking as an issue all in a bid to make money at the expense of the comfort of most of their clients.
It's also annoyingly pricey for a place that doesn't offer free Wi-Fi.

If noisemaking and partying are your stock in trade, then this place is for you. If you are a serious minded person looking for a serene getaway for relaxation, please stay away from this place until the management makes the desired changes.

It's okay... But the Air conditioner wasn't working properly. No adequate security in ground.

I love the oaks apartel. It has a serene environment (everywhere is quiet) they also got a pool and some very nice barbercue

The place can be so much more if they would put money back in to renovate, a bit pricy for a 2 bed. All in all it is okay
