Few days ago i have been treated at BMC.
Tnx to dr.Christian my life has been saved.
I had severe malaria+++,and he reacted very fast and professional.
Dear BMC and dr.Christian,thank you very much for all you did for me.
Thanks for your professionalism and your care.
My husband and I will never forget the way you treated me.
Your standard is very,very high and we absolutely loved it.

Having a good facility without adequate manpower, is as good as nothing.
BMC have better facilities than the government hospital, but the cheap labour employed is giving them a very bad service delivery.
You practically will beg some of the nurses on duty to come administer drugs, injections, drip or run the basics. Antibiotics are timely drugs, but the nurses do not follow the time. Even when you go to remind them, they never show up..
The negligence and inexperience on the part of the nurses, is dangerous to patients.

It's well equipped, but the wait process is appalling and the staffs insensitivity is sad. Estate the radiology desk, playing while people wait for results and to be attended to isn't nice at all. If there is a better alternative I won't come here in the future. Unless the staffs are properly oriented if not alot of persons would seek alternative.
