Lovely luxury apartments.
Each apartment has 4 rooms, a kitchen, dining area, sitting area, and visitors' toilet. Easily accessible and at a moderate price with modern facilities in place. The Air-conditioners work very well and provide the much desired comfort. The facility is secured and there is a general feeling of safety within the area it is situated. The rooms are clean and the facility look new.
In addition, there's a pool table, a small-sized swimming pool and parking space that can accommodate about 4-5 cars.
A few downsides; I noticed a few maintenance issues. The water closet in the room I stayed was faulty and couldn't flush and emitted an offensive odour into the room. I couldn't use the water heater while bathing (not sure there is one). A friend got cut by the railings metal and there was no first aid box. The management should consider putting a first aid box in place in the case of an emergency with the residents.
I still do not understand why the staff disposed my soap and shower cap while moving room. I think that was unprofessional.
Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
