This residential housing estate situated off airport road in the left diversion at ADP junction of airport road is a modern one with new structures.

The estate is home to several homes mostly duplexes with well tarred streets. The streets connect easily to one another making navigation very easy.

A children's playground and fast food eatery is located within. A police post and Benin Electricity Distribution Company office is also located within the housing estate.

Beautiful serene environment. Presence of Police station within the estate. Good road network and quite suitable for early morning runs.
