It's a very nice and clean buildings. What I liked about it is that it has a shopping hall, pharmacy, bar, eatery, omegatron( where to buy phones) etc and it is very close to the campus. It just have everything you need in one building. What I like most about is the accessibility.

Though they don't have as much products as some similar shops (big supermarkets) in town, they no doubts have variety of products everyone needs. I particularly like this place because it is neat and serene to shop in. Never crowded, never smelly. Has a mature shopping ambience and relatively cheaper prices. It's always among my top shopping choices.

The pharmacy most times has what I'm looking for. The lounge I hear is the most mature in Ugbowo area, with low music and neat environment. The other shops in the complex (phones, clothes, etc), seemed so organized and fine to me the day I went upstairs.

Their prices are a little inflated. They close quite early (7pm). The payment method is stressful; you have to walk from one counter to the other. But Yh, good quality products.

Big building with little parking space. There is a supermarket inside. Also different lounges and a sports bar. Also a phone shop. The place is usually not so busy. Just an average normal place

Flowell is a plaza along the Benin- Lagos expressway. Just by Adolor college road junction. Among others, it houses the popular Azagba home of phones and accessories.
