M a student of uniben.. And I always receive classes there... The place is conducive for learning... It has a chairs with tables attached to it.. It can take about 500 people...The place has many offices and restroom.. It also has a store where u can buy snacks, stationaries.. U can also make photocopies in the store. Festus Iyayi hall is named after a management science faculty lecturer who is now late... D hall is also used for shows and programs

It is a spacious hall with comfortable seats. It could be used for classes or to host events. It is well ventilated. At the basement of the building, there are outlets for snacks. It is located opposite hall 2 and just in front of the department of science laboratory technology.

Well constructed with enough vent, structured to accommodate 500 people... good enough to be a lecture room it can also be used for campaigns, events etc.

First of all the parking lot is horrible. Unleveled ground full of grass and then when it rains the parking lot is flooded. Secondly the hall has only fans most of which are not working. Even when the generator comes on ,it is always very hot. Other than that the hall is quite big and spacious

It has a seating capacity of over 200 guests, spacious, the seats are very very very comfortable, each seat even has a convertible desk and the hall has a very good ventilation, easily accessible, has staircases as the hall is high, considered a good place to hosts events that require screen view amongst other awesome qualities, you'd love it

Good event hall for student programs. Requires regular maintenance. There is a need to also have working restrooms.
