Poor customer service, had my flight moved from 9am to 3pm and I was told to pay half day for an hour past 12noon.

Food was expensive, tasteless and stale. Would not recommend the food

The only advantage of the hotel is it’s location.
The food is expensive and horrible,they really need to get a good chef.
The facilities are old and lack maintenance.
There are tiny cockroaches in the rooms.
The a/c was sounding like a grinding engine,even when it was off it kept making a very terrible noise like it was raining.
Don’t even get me started on the epileptic power supply.
It takes them a lot of time to turn on the power plant.
So you are left in the darkness for a quite a while especially at night.
The television set in the room was hard to watch cause it wasn’t clear,it had just 5 channels.
I will not recommend it to anyone.
Cause my experience was terrible.

Cool hotel but with little occasional noise as they also run an event center with large parking space with lots of staff who are well mannered and coordinated .

Their reception is poor as to when you go for swimming.
Why should a receptionist demand to see your underwear because you said your swimming suits were worn inside your clothes already? Honestly, I hate the reception and as a married woman, it was an insult for me to swim without covering up.

It's a good place to stay, quite accessible from the road, it's proximity to the airport is good for travellers.

This hotel is directly opposite the Benin airport so if proximity to the airport is your thing, you should stay here. The room was pretty standard and the service was ok. On the flip side, I saw a few small roaches in my room and I think the bar/restaurant was a bit overpriced but that's me. Overall a 4-star for me.

Good thing about the hotel is that its close to the airport, literally almost opposite ???? you can trek if you dont have bags. Their jollof rice is really good(at least at the time i visited) but is a wee bit expensive. Their rooms are okay. Just okay. Personally wouldn't stay there for more than one night.
