Ngozika Housing Estate is okay in terms of security. There is an Amusement Park called Lumen Amusement Park. People far and near come and have fun. It's just a cool Estate, but full of Government workers and retired workers too.

The security system was nice ,there is need to work on the environmental neatness and maintenance of the road.

This could've been easily the best estate around, but due to neglect, the estate is steadily deteriorating. The roads are in a very bad condition, some parts of the estate don't even have access road. No social amenities, most of the street lights are not working. The government and the people living here could do better.

Nice houses, good security but the roads are too bad for an estate of that standing. When it rains, don't go near the untared roads
