The management here is quite on hand and willing to settle issues verbally. The kitchen is a bit slow and the female staff in it can sometimes can very annoying and rude. The receptionist is nice and approachable.

Crescent springs hotel is not so bad for relaxation. Tho I was not lodged in there but they've got a good environment and also the Bush bar is nice and also the Pool is neat.

Most of their staff attend to their duties angrily. You have to remind them every day for toiletries. I was told to pay 100naira just to make use of their table spoon after lodging there for 6 days and buying food from them sometimes. I am sure checking out of this place tomorrow for another hotel.they can keep their spoon and their angry and dirty staff.
