1st -- the Convenience behind the reception was full of cobwebs. I called one of the porters u0026 showed him. Meanwhile that was my first time in that hotel.
2nd -- I checked into the hotel on Tuesday Feb.22nd 2022, I was given room 222, By Wednesday, Ileft for work at about 10am u0026 returned at about 8.30pm u0026 the room was not swept, was not made up, was not dressed. I met the room same way I left it. Meanwhile the housekeepers I was told had closed since 4pm, it took me another 45mins of screaming before the porter on duty and the laundry guy were conscripted to come u0026 make the room that night.
3rdly -- noisy place, rowdy place. Not recommended for anyone that would have worked all day u0026 wants an hotel to rest u0026 have a good sleep.
4thly- on Friday Feb. 25th, when I was checking out, I was kept for another 30mins at the reception because one overzealous front desk staff insisted manager must be contacted before a receipt would be issued to me just because of N2000 discount that manager gave me per night.

Overall, I didn't have value for my money for staying at Milatel for the 3nights/4days.

Milatel Hotel And Suites is located in the Capita city of Akwa, Anambra state. It's an upscale building with spacious, clean and conducive environment, the staffs are friendly and has good customer relations. There is a lobby bar, a pool bar, a VIP bar, an event bar, a gymnasium, a mini store and a welcoming reception. It's not really at site but still not too difficult to locate. Food, drinks, barbecue, hot chops and lots More are available there. There is wheelchair accessible entrance and parking, available car parking space for customers and good security.

Well, the this hotel only has a big name, but thats not what you get. The receptionists are nice , but the in-room services is relatively poor.
If you are truly hungry, please dont order for food there. I advise you get food outside unless you want to sleep and wake up before an order you placed will be attended to.

Please, I dont know if anyone else had ever been frustrated by the manager. Please , if you are doing anything related to finance with the manager, be smart and careful because this man or guy seems to be desperately chasing money.

The hotel is beautiful with enough parking space, strong security network, nice hall for all kinds of events and the room was fantastic I enjoyed my stay.

Milatel hotel and suites is one of the best hotel located in Awka capital city of Anambra state. Known for there exquisite service in hospitality . So anytime you're in Awka come have a test of there service.
