Came here and stayed at their premium suit - so best right? Nahhh. I repeat - we have a problem with service and maintenance in this country.

First let me give credit to the receptionists--they do a good job of getting you checked in.

The rooms though? Maintenance is needed urgently! Please help me understand how the phone ???? on the floor should work cos it was super uncomfortable to use.

The menu has fresh milk @500 listed. The fresh milk apparently is a tin of peak milk - we must differ on what "fresh" means here.

I used to think tissue papers in hotel rooms didn't need to be requested? Ha! Try again. Tissue and soap and towels are requested.

The bathtub ???? seems to have given up on life so you have a bucket with a bowl to take your bath.

The wardrobe was unhinged. Hazardous but who will you sue in Nigeria? We nickle and dime it until it falls off- on a sweeper or a guest then change.

Stains on the pillows /molds on the walls...in the suite! Their premium? I shudder at how the regular rooms must look.

The tap in my room ran nonstop. Asked them to take a look but the guy who cleaned was nonchalant about it. Made me think it had been running a while. What a waste and an impact on the environment...

A question I need an answer to though? How do you charge money to help your guest microwave their food?

Atmosphere is alright here--plus ➕.

It's a cool hotel a d affordable, the Ac are in good condition but there workers can be annoying some times with services.

It's a nice place to be... Good customer service. The rooms are ok

It's a very welcoming safe place. Rooms are neat and staff are quite hospitable

Nice and comfortable.. 24 hrs light.. TV with several channel.. Hot and cold water.. I enjoyed my stay
