The environment is quiet and serene. However, the staff could be a little bit more attentive. Our waiter brought us cold drinks in dirty dusty bottles. I had to use a face wipe to wipe down both the bottle, and my hands before I could drink. Besides that, I love that they've got this amazing arcade games that are fun to play, and the pool side is just lovely at night.

Not the most modern hotel in Awka, but has large standard rooms and is very spacious. Large grounds and ample parking space. Good security

From the service to the food, imagine selling stale rice, the mosquitoes and oh my God the AC goes off every 3 minutes, yes 3 minutes I knew cos I couldn’t sleep because of the ridiculous noise the AC was making anytime it comes on.... mosquitoes dealt with me ehn and won’t even answer you, it’s like they’re forcing them to work here .

Don Ritz Hotel is still one of the best hotel in Nigeria since she has been established. In the South East, her achieving is speaking above others even the newest ones are under it.

Don Ritz Hotels is one of the good hotels in Awka, Anambra. The customer service is classical and warming. The gatemen are quite helpful. The food here is good. The hotel rooms are beautiful and well kept. Will they keep it up?

Luxurious, exquisite, beautiful are just the words to describe this hotel in the serene environment of udoka housing estate.
It is affordable, and one of the best value for money hotel in awka.
The rooms are tastefully furnished and they have an evening sit out, 24hr light, swimming pool, just about everything you need in a hotel.

They are in the process of installing another elevator in the building, and the rooms are very nice and the environment is very serene. The meals are yummy
