Should've given them a 5-Star rating, had to reserve one for a return visit.
I must say I was impressed with the services provided and the state of the room, it was unexpected as I can't recall lodging any complain during my 7-day stay. They'll need to keep it up.

It was a good enough hotel, efficient service albeit a little cold. Some warmth from staff,especially at the reception would be more appreciated. I'm rating 3 stars because there was no hot water running. Had to request water be boiled and brought in a bucket.

Not too big a hotel but they offer top notch services. The executive bar is so nice that you might consider going there to chill away from the Aroma noise and hot sun.

Nice place to lodge, neat environment and well kept rooms, affordable prices for their rooms, also good variety of delicious food from their restaurant, assorted drinks from their bar, also barbecue, grill fish is available, suya meat also available. 24 hours supply of electricity. Whenever you are in Awka, try to visit this place, you won't regret it.

Excellent place, their shawarma is not so great but the ambience of the establishment is very okay. Highly recommend.
