Here's a high demand residence area with beautiful, spacious and luxurious apartments. There exist basic amenities like steady light and borehole. Major roads are tarred and accessible. Housing may not be affordable relative to other areas of Awka, but they are well worth it.

It isn't there yet with what a commissioner's quarters should look like. Still developing though and that's more important

This is a residential area and one of the areas in the Government Reserved Area(GRA), Awka. The serenity and neatness of the environment make the area unique. However, the roads linking into the Commissioners Quarters should be worked on or at least be patched especially the Ifite Road and Esther Obiakor Road.

They're nothing so wonderful about this place. House rent is annoyingly expensive without any commensurate luxury coming with it.
