Very poor customer services with no sense of humanity for patient in a severe case. Struggled to drive myself (don't have anyone around for support) to the hospital with extremely high fever, sweats, shortage of breath and struggling to walk on my own... Only to be told I can only make payments with cash as there's no network, no transfer options! With a very lousy statement and quote "You can go look for means to source for cash as they can't help..." And almost in tears I cried, "in this my situation"; as I couldn't walk pass the entrance. Still no sense of humanity and hospitality.
I met three persons on the day (2 at the folder/enquiry corner), even one again at the reception (Chioma/Ishioma, no name tag and she murmured to say her name). They blatantly refused me access to any supervisor/line manager.
It's so sad to have such terrible experience from a big hospital like this. And the staffs are comfortable to allow a severely sick patient to suffer of the organisational inefficiencies.
