Rooms are in terrible conditions. One particular room we checked had no Water box for the WC - except the seat, the other rooms had no fans that worked. The room we finally settled for, didn't have an intercom, AC didn't work well and no hot water from water heater due to bad switch.

The walls has leak streaks as the room leaked from up, the reception and kitchen wouldn't even provide hot water even after more than 5physical requests, drama et Al.

The view of the hotel from outside and reception is great but that is the biggest deception they offer. Inside the rooms and the hotel is in a horrible state. The bed space actually isn't so bad. Bed wide enough to take two persons conveniently.

Not really satisfied with the services, something as little as functional television was not even there, bedsheet very dirty, the room with offensive odour, there's need to improve

Hotel is located in a very serene area of Asaba... Facilities here are moderate and the price too... With 7,000 to 10,000 u can get a place to rest your head.

Fine hotel with a good serene magnificent view, located in a very safe attractive area of Asaba town. Booking was very easy and straight forward with an ever welcoming and cooperative staffs that show you the very best they can offer to make sure you enjoy your stay with found memories. A big kudos !!

Serene environment, nice rooms, best customer service, 24 hours power supply... This is the safest place to pass a night for fun and after business meeting don't let me forget to add their top notch VIP BAR
