The hotel was cool and the rooms were big. I had a nice stay there.
However, there were some service related issues, like the intercom in our room wasn't working, hence we were skipped from the complimentary breakfast until we made a complaint. Also, they disconfigured our key card without our notice which was annoying, the room was initially stuffy and had some smoke smell even after they had a "No Smoking" signage on the wall.

Simple and basic accommodations off Jesus Saves road within Asaba. Being an old hotel, they have just recently renovated and upgraded to meet with the growing competition in town.

In a recent partnership with Basement Africa, the upgraded lounge is now called Emerald by Basement. This caters to both daytime casual meetups and night hangouts

Very serene environment for lodging and hanging out with by yourself or your partner.
The lounge is cool also. Beautiful and respectful staff.
Affordable drinks too????

This is one of the best exquisite hotel in Asaba with state of the art facilities. It's a home away from home feeling with a cool serene atmosphere for good relaxation

The experience was relatively good. An upgrade from the kitchen service would be ideal. A quick response by room service is also needed for effective customer satisfaction.
