It is very old and dirty. The air conditioners do not work. It has an old musty smell. The mosquito nets are torn. The staircase does not look safe and have no rails. Not enough staff. Really poor services all round and unstable electricity

The customer service is horrible, rude and mannerless, theifs. The hotel is wack,the room is very dirty, all the socket are bad, all toilet lights are out. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone ever.

Swan Hotel is located at the outskirt of Akure, very close to FUTA North gate. It has a low budget accommodation, a large swimming pool with runs almost 24/7, a bar, two halls for various occasions, a standard gym which is managed by Alvera.

It is a very old hotel and most of its facilities are debilitating.

They also have a sachet water factory within the premises of the hotel.

Averagely moderate, it deteriorate due to lack of maintenance, but it's still okay to some extent for relaxation while travelling by but not really for staying long

Nice hotel. They have a hall for events and a swimming pool. The chlorine level in their pool is quite high as sometimes it stings the eyes.

With the previous u0026 latest review, I think the management need to do something as a matter of urgency in terms of Staffing, maintenance, re-trainnimg of staff.
