This is probably the ShopRite I've been to with the poorest lighting and also located in the most unkempt mall. Akure Mall needs a proper face-lift. It looks like something from a forgotten past. I suppose the laid back nature of the city contributes to this. ShopRite remains ShopRite though, always delivering as the prime one-stop shop for everything you need. The quality of the bread I usually buy was also lower than what obtains in other locations.

ShopRite is a trade name per excellence. ShopRite Akure is a shopping mall and a business with other businesses located therein. It has sub businesses like Domino's Plaza Iced cold, Cinema house, barbershop, bakery, sub supermarkets, children garden and playing ground, ATM outlets. It has different outlets: one exit along Oda road, one along Igbatoro road and one footpath and walkway very close to the secretariat round about.

This is closely the busiest spot in town, good thing is they are one of the few places who still ensures you wear a mask before you come in, but there's no proper measure to maintain social distancing. You can get almost all everyday groceries here at relatively cheap prices, the counters are average, it get extremely clustered on holidays and anniversaries. You can pay by cash and POS or both if you wish. Their food is good on some selected days depends on who is in charge of kitchen duty and this is not so good.

All good but there is this particular man that takes record of things for payment. Mr Hammed to be precise, his relations towards customer is so awful! This is not his first time but I felt it was because of stress and all but this night experience was terrible! But maybe the staff Salary is not based on sales that is why he can address customers the way he likes!!!!

Excellent customer relations from the staff. All daily needs are available for pick ups. Not rowdy and congested. Serene environment filled with factory fitted Air condition

This is a shopping mall, varieties of things can be gotten here. ShopRite mall, cinema, chicken Republic, perfect menu, ATM gallery, MTN office, Airtel office, Tecno outlet, Samsung outlet, domino pizza store is here.
Boutiques and pharmaceutical stores are all available in this mall.
The picture attached were taken on the 3rd of April, 2020 during pandemic lockdown.

Very good pace for a one stop shop. I'll add the one star I kept back if they can improve o on the checking out procedure.
