I wasn't pleased with their attending staff who attended to us, she was rude and wasn't accepting her fault when she made a mistake on our order. Instead of pleading to ours for her mistake that came from her , No she tried as much to put the blame on us, I just didn't want trouble that day I would have called on the manager and report the issue. Aside this, I had a great time enjoying their pizza.

We ordered veggie pizza along with another type of pizza for takeaway. We enquired to ensure there was no meat in the pizza. To our surprise, when we went home and opened the veggie pizza, it had pepperoni slices in it. So, the next day we reported the incident as we couldn't return the same day. Thank God we had the receipt. The staff were apologetic and gave us a no meat veg pizza as per the requirement free of cost. Thumbs up for the customer service. The pizza was yumm of course.

Delivery at the time set except you don't pick up calls from the delivery guy.

Let’s say they are just starting. First poor reception, at the front door there’s no security to guard to help hold the door but there’s at the exit door. They are time conscious, our pizza was ready earlier. The space is large but it’s advisable not to come in the evening during weekends especially during football match, it’s always crowdy and noisy.
There’s no thick slice pizza just thin by the way.

They are quite limited in their menu when compared to Lagos counterparts, maybe it’s for the times I went there, if this changes, I’ll adjust the review

The basic etiquette for customer care needs to be taught to the staffs at the counter for dominos, they sell as if they’re doing you a favor , most times they gossip while a customer gets delayed, hope they get this addressed.

cold stone folks are top notch and the place is a nice spot
