The customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. The gate men are nice. They clean your car before you wake up. The food is good but can be improved. The rooms (single) needs a few maintenance here and there like the bathroom taps, remote for TV and AC, toilet doors etc. The double rooms are better.

This place is mediocre at best.
Service was awesome but the rooms need renovations especially the bathrooms.
Walls of the rooms are tiled which makes the environment super cold and chilly.

Great for just a quick night in town and nothing more.

Price may not be what you see online. An average of 11k to 13k at least for a room. Complimentary breakfast is terrible (cockroaches legit jumped out of the flask I was served with) I’d give the general experience a 4.5/10
