Nice place, right pricing, good customer service. However, some rooms facilities such as AC, WC need to be fixed.

Used to be top notch hotel but not maintained over time. Ac powered by fan.the light is barely 24 hours as it's not changed immediately to gen or nepa light. Worst experience. Reconsider please.

Hotel management has to work more on security, right from the entrance. Gatekeepers ain't doing their job. Renovation should be done as soon as possible.
The environment is Serene and beautiful.

Very poor customer service. The reception was very poor also. I got in from Lagos late at night, called the receptionist to complain about the leaking toilet and he said he can't do anything about it. The young men at the reception were very nonchalant.
