First impression is the bad service given to me by the receptionist I did all I could to make her smile but the negative energy is crazy took about two hours before toiletries were delivered.

TV in the room did not work and I was too scared to say a word just so I don’t get disrespected some more really it’s a half star for me!!!

It was nothing to write home about, blood stained bedding, fan was making noise, the AC and TV were not working. The food was expensive. Though the receptionist changed the fan making noise. She said the TV and AC will work at 8pm when the big generator is on because they put on the small generator, but when they put on the big generator still yet nothing works in this so called hotel.

For the price I think it's very very OK. I was tad impressed slightly by the level of service though a relatively low budget place regardless

Nice Hotel. Situated in the outskirt of Ekiti along Federal Polytechnic Road and the environment is serene. The road leading there is bad.

They have good facilities as well. One high point they have is the guest-friendly staff (they made me feel like a king). Another high point is that they clean occupied rooms daily.

They need to maintain their facilities better. And the water heater does not work.

The room is not that clean…. No hot water, the small generator can not carry the air conditioning systems till they on the bigger generator and it’s being switched to the smaller generator during the early morning hours

Very affordable hotel...the AC is switched on by 8 and it very cold

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Elite State! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks.

The hotel is located at Block Q, plot 6, GRA, Federal polytechnic road, Ado Ekiti
