It’s expensive compared to services offered.
I paid #35,000 and the intercom is never picked up if at all it rings.
The water isn’t running, water is brought in bucket
The AC goes off at night as they switch over to inverter until 7-8am
Complimentary breakfast isn’t ready even by 8.30am that I was ready to leave..
It’s all about the money not the service..

Still a lot to improve:

(1) Expensive yet Air-conditioning is turned off at night. You will use a fan as they claim to be on an inverter.

(2) No hot water in the bathroom shower. You will use a boiling kettle to do this.

(3) TV channels are not clear and it has only a few channels. As a cable TV, this should not be the case.

(4) Complaints are not addressed promptly. I had to call twice and over two hours before someone came to check the TV. The guy said the TV is faulty in that room and awaiting repairs. So the hotel management is aware, yet they sold the room to inconvenience a guest. I found this adsurd.

(5) The deluxe room wall painting designs look confusing as if it's a mistake.

(6) The small fridge is not properly installed and not readily available for use.

(7) The bathroom door is usually opened onto the entry door to the bathroom. So the doors rest behind each other as a guest may unintentionally open and break the glass. This is a hazard.

Fakhes is a new hotel located with Ado Ekiti GRA Extension, I stayed at the hotel for 10 days, the service is ok, the staff are friendly.
On two occasions I was given wet towel, once the towel was dirty, once they laid stained bedspread. No car wash services. Once AC was turned off at midnight. Water heater issues for few night.
The rooms are spacious and well planned, secured. Sometimes the music from the club disturbs, it might be on till midnight.

Nice hotel and accomodations. Very awesome and conducive location for students and others ????. But their Operation Manager just dey do high service.

FAKHES HOTEL u0026 SUITES Ado Ekiti is located along Federal Polytechnic Road ????️ Ado Ekiti. Just before the police station along the road.
This place is beautiful and has a clean calm environment.
There's is swimming ???? pool, nice rooms, Gym, etc there.
This Hotel also has a filling station ⛽ by the road side.
