I booked a flight for a relation to Slovakia in Europe which was three hundred and sixty thousand naira (₦360,000), on arrival to the airport 2hours before exit time , we were denied check-in all because of the negligence from the travel agency supposing to be a guide on the airport procedures for check-in time and every bit of information required for departure rather we were asked to pay an extra charge of eighty one thousand naira (₦81,000 ) within 5minutes after the deposit was made so as to receive the Flight itinerary for the following day, we were sent a mail to pay an extra fifty seven thousand naira (₦57000) again to confirm the booking???????? which afterwards the flight E-ticket was not sent, when the customer service lines were called they ignored our calls and later picked up with no diplomatic approach to handle the situation, rather they kept mute over a couple of hours on the phone after we had layed our complaints, putting us on hold without any hope of resolving the issue,afterwards they responded with the excuse that they were yet to confirm the initial payment of eighty one thousand naira (₦81,000) after all said and done. After much exchange of grievous sparks and threats from us to them, they had to send the E- ticket at about past 12 midnight while we were awake ever the phone waiting for the ticket to be sent.

I have been sent several mails since Dec. 2021 for refund of a Ticket I bought on Sept. 24, 2021 without response. I will NEVER use the services of wakanow.com and of course will encourage people I know never to use it until I get my refund. Airlines relating with wakanow.com are also culpable since they keep mum in situations like this!

These guys were very helpful and patient with me. They helped me find what I was looking for. Just wasn't too happy with the size of the office. It was too small and at some point it felt really stuffy because of the number of customers trooping in.
