The room was very spacious clean and comfortable. Felt like extending my stay because of the comfort. On my next visit to Abuja I will be happy to stay in the same hotel.

Such a beautiful and neat hotel. However, I was not so impressed by their customer service.

My stay at Belanova was a great one as my expectation was exceeded
Very Good COVID-Protocol No mask No entry-, Courteous staff and very calm and conducive ambience for business. Good security measures and a good sense of home comfort for a business trip.

The rooms are very clean compare to other places I have stayed in Abuja as the room attendants cleans your room regular with bleach, WELL-DONE the HOUSEKEEPERS you are doing a wonderful job keeping the hotel always clean.

The only down part of the hotel is the Lift (Elevator) which is tiny, not big enough for more than two people.

All the equipment as in the rooms are working and the staffs are ever willing to help with anything you need
Overall, I score the hotel 9/10 in time of cleanliness and 8/10 overall services
I will definitely return and recommend.

My 2-month 1-bedroom rental at Belanova started 2 weeks ago, and so far I’ve been a happy camper. Spotless flat, modern furnishings, everything works, continuous power supply, and reliable wifi ~98% of the time (not bad for Abuja). Service is really good, staff is kind u0026 professional, special requests and problems get immediate solutions. Gym and pool are pleasant. Room service is convenient. I am getting my own back-up cellular router to avoid wifi risk. Difficult to imagine a better deal in Abuja.

A very nice place to stay while you are in Abuja. The staff is very nice and attentive to all your needs. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and roomy. The food is great with a variety of choices. The pool area is very nice and well maintained. The workout gym has a variety of machines and free weights to keep you in shape. I really have enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend the Belanova Apartments and Suites. If I find myself in Abuja in the future I would stay here again.
