There are many things to like and just a few not to like about Tuck Shop.

Things to like;
1. Turn out time for food is fast. On a good day, less than 15 minutes.

2. Value for money for food. The food is tasty and portions are sizeable.

3. Budget-friendly; for the quality and size of food they serve, the prices are really good. Can't even compare with other vendors or outlets.

4. Location - very central! It's right in the heart of Abuja's night life hub

Things not to like (my personal preference)
1. There is no option of ordering to pick-up. Orders for deliveries are done through a third party.

2. It gets really hot in the afternoon, so sitting out there to eat is not the best option. I think a standing fan could help a little.

The full plater cost 4000naira and I totally recommend because it’s worth ever penny.
The location and ambience is okay…soooo 6/10
Customer service: 8/10
General price is… affordable.
Food: what I had was a 10/10 for me.

To say I’m disappointed would be an understatement, I ordered crispy wings, fries u0026 burger. The wings and burger were tasteless u0026 the fries were hard to chew. What was used to season the burger before u0026 while on the grill?. Also besides a pinch of salt what else was added to the fries, why not include Cajun seasoning? And was the chicken marinated in spices before frying?. If you’re looking for food that lacks flavor and it’s low in salt u0026 seasoning go ahead and give it a try. Completely tasteless!. The only good thing were communication, fast delivery u0026 packaging.

Tuck Shop is one of Abuja's finest gems. We really need more places like this not just around Abuja but in Nigeria ????. Consistent and affordable fast food joints are unicorns.

Their full platter consists of a mini burger, hot dog, chicken of different varieties and chips. Everything goes for 2,100 or 1800 on one special day of the week.*

Tuck Shop is most definitely worth a visit if you're around the visit and you could also hop over to Pinkberry close by to have some ice cream to go along with it if it's a really hot day.

Verdict- Worth a visit.
Damage- 2,100

Tuck shop is a fast food joint which offers burgers, wings, fries, hotdogs and drinks. This place is a strictly pick up joint with no options to dine in.

ENVIRONMENT
This place is located on the popular 3rd Avenue and is easy to find with its chalkboard style sign and decor. There are a few seats for waiting while your order is being made. There is no parking struggle here and it is great for a quick bite.

SERVICE
The cashier was polite and swift. Orders here take roughly 5 - 15 minutes. Ours took about 10 minutes.

FOOD
We opted for the full platter which consists of a burger, fries, wings and a hotdog. For starters, the burger was quite good and much different from the last time we tried it. The patty was juicy and nicely seasoned. The bun was fresh and wasn't soggy at all. The fries were lightly salted and a bit crispy. If you like skinny fries, you'd love these. This place offers different wings options but we opted for the peppered wings which were sweet and had a nice kick of heat. We also liked the relish that topped the hot dog.

PRICING
Food here is decent and affordable. You will definitely get a good worth of your money. The full platter cost 1950 naira.

Tuck shop is one of the better walk-in junk street food places.
The platter is a good value (but it'll be better if they knock off the N300 to make it competitive with #MonsterMeals at Chicken Republic).
The orders come out fast, customer service can be better, and the kitchen chefs need to look more interested.
The wings and fries were good, the burger - not bad, the hotdog - not good. Their meals need more sauce; LOTS more sauce, and the hotdog needs better filling.
In entirety you'll not regret the meal.
