Modern shopping centre with a variety of mainly clothes and fashion shops mixed in with a few places to eat. Good parking possibilities at arrival though the parking spaces aren't that much. Also there's an event center located within for rentals for your events. The mall workers aren't that helpful and gave an attitude when asking for directions. Other than that the place is okay though not much activity.

It is a very fine location. We have flurries bank over there. We have your number over there. We have Albany pharmacy over there. We have basket lab over there.

I always go to the union bank in this plaza however the plaza itself are organised and security conscious.

Home to Polaris and Union bank, 3rd avenue Gwarinpa. Located in a strategic location. Cool for business.

Not a shopping mall. The plaza is home to two Banks (Union Bank and Polaris Bank). So, it's a good spot got ATM transactions. There is a photo studio (Ninetys) within the complex, a real estate agent (Osas u0026 Oseji) and other pockets of business. Parking space appears to accommodate the customers that visit.
